The conversion of Grade II listed warehouses on Exeter Quay for Forward Space, as co working space, and Topsham Brewery. The pair of stone warehouses sit directly on the quayside, and the conversion works within their plain, robust fabric.
Parallel provided architectural design and project management, with Shape Studio on the interior. A full photographic set of the completed building is to follow; the drawings here are from the construction set.
